The C-Line Abdominal is uniquely designed to allow the user to get in and begin exercising with no adjustments needed. The dual-position foot brace allows users of all sizes to stabilize themselves during the exercise. The pad fits comfortably on the user's back, and rotates naturally through the range of motion.

The weight stacks on all C-Line machines are designed for easy reach from a seated position. With a starting weight of 10 lbs (5 kg), each weight plate selected adds 15 lbs (7 kg). Two add-on weights of 5 lbs (2.5 kg) each are positioned at the top of the weight stack, to drop down to provide fine-tuned weight selection in 5 lb increments.

Each C-Line machine includes simple, step-by-step instructions at the top of every weight stack and a convenient drink and accessories holder. Seat and support pads are engineered to provide comfort and proper positioning.
